The First Phase of Yunnan Qujing Huize Jinzhong Wind Farm Started Construction

The first phase of the Yunnan Huize Jinzhong Wind Farm Project undertaken by Energy China Guangdong Thermal Power Co., Ltd. started construction.

The project is located in Huize County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, with a total installed capacity of 470 MW . It will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project has a capacity of 350 MW, and the second phase of the project has a capacity of 120 MW . Guangdong Thermal Power is responsible for the construction of branch roads, fan foundations and power collection lines for the first phase of the project.

After the completion of the project, the annual on-grid electricity will be about 882 million kwh, which can reduce the exhaust gas emissions caused by coal combustion, and the environmental protection benefits will be obvious. It will effectively adjust the industrial economic development structure and promote green and low-carbon transformation. It will give priority to ecology and green development for the future. The new path of high-quality development oriented by the government is of great significance.
