The Guangzhou Petrochemical Hydrogen Fuel Cell Hydrogen Supply Center’s capacity expansion and transformation (hydrogen energy phase II) project has started construction, and the development of the hydrogen energy business has accelerated again.
Guangzhou Petrochemical Hydrogen Fuel Cell Hydrogen Supply Center is Sinopec’s first high-purity hydrogen production base in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It was put into operation on December 15, 2020, producing hydrogen with a purity of 99.999%. It has been operating efficiently for more than 1,000 days so far, with a total of Supplying over 1,100 tons of high-purity hydrogen.
The implementation of the capacity expansion and transformation of the hydrogen fuel cell hydrogen supply center is an important step for Guangzhou Petrochemical to accelerate the layout of the hydrogen energy industry. The project includes a new hydrogen purification unit with a production capacity of 5,200 cubic meters per hour, and 4 new hydrogen filling stations. Hydrogen loading unit.
