Pilot and Tugboat Skipper, Dougie Brown, has been congratulated by Board Members and Colleagues for achieving 25 years' service with Lerwick Port Authority. In September 1998, Dougie started as a Boatman and then took up the role of Skipper on the Authority’s vessels Knab and Kebister in 2000.
