Raise resources scientifically and rationally. We will make every effort to comprehensively adjust and manage major gas fields such as Puguang Gas Field, Yuanba Gas Field, Fuling Shale Gas Field, and Daniudi Gas Field to maintain stable and increased production of self-produced gas. At the same time, we will continue to expand channels for obtaining high-quality resources, increase resource mobilization efforts, reasonably arrange shipping schedules, make every effort to implement and receive and unload long-term contract resources, make full use of favorable opportunities, carry out spot LNG resource procurement in advance, and improve resource support capabilities.
Make every effort to improve gas storage and peak-shaving capabilities. Strengthen safety management, organize inspection and maintenance of key equipment and facilities in advance to ensure smooth switching of injection and production processes, so that the gas production volume available in peak months reaches 20 million cubic meters per day. We will accelerate the construction of a total of four LNG storage tanks at our own LNG receiving stations in Qingdao and Tianjin, and strive to put them into operation before the guaranteed supply season this winter and next spring, effectively ensuring that the people in the areas where they are supplied will have a warm winter.
Meet market demand in advance. In order to enhance the ability to adjust the natural gas market during the heating season, Sinopec has fully studied and judged the market situation, contacted customers one by one based on actual conditions to determine the gas demand for this winter and next spring, clarified the gas consumption scale and peak load regulation needs of downstream users, and coordinated and optimized the resource allocation plan for the heating season. At the same time, we will further unblock channels, increase communication with the national pipeline network company, make full use of the resource allocation role of "one national network", implement the routing and transmission capabilities of resource export pipelines, and ensure the smooth export of all resources.
