Recently, the 6th "Blooming Cup" 5G Application Collection Competition, sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and other units, concluded in Shanghai. The "Building 5G Fully Connected Factory and Empowering the Digital Transformation of Petrochemical Enterprises" project declared by Tianjin Petrochemical won the second prize in the national finals. Zhenhai Refining and Chemical's "5G Fully Connected Helps the Petrochemical Industry's Future Factory Lead the Development" and Zhongyuan Oilfield's "Zhongyuan Field Branch" The "5G Infrastructure Construction and Application" project won the Excellence Award.
There are more than 45,000 projects participating in this competition. Since the start of the competition in June 2023, after multiple selections in the preliminary review, semi-finals, finals and other aspects of each competition, 602 project teams have finally been shortlisted for the national competition semi-finals. After fierce competition in the semi-finals of the national competition, 60 outstanding project teams stood out and were successfully shortlisted for the national finals.
