The operation area has also built a digital oil production management and control system through energy system optimization, and applied advanced energy-saving technologies such as frequency variable speed flexible control, intelligent pumping, and oil production robots to 36 mechanical production wells to effectively reduce the energy consumption of oil and water wells; the gathering and transportation system has been promoted The associated gas recovery and VOCs control project recovers 1.27 million cubic meters of escaped and vented associated gas annually through wellhead constant pressure sleeve gas valves and large tank extraction. In terms of clean energy, the operating area uses electromagnetic heaters, electric steam generators, clean heat source stations and other electrification methods to replace the associated gas gas boiler heating used in the crude oil processing process, realizing clean energy replacement for production heating and domestic heating in the operating area. , reduce associated gas consumption and achieve net zero emissions.
