Lanzhou Petrochemical has strengthened the management and control of key refining and chemical production units such as atmospheric and vacuum pressure, heavy catalyst, ethylene, and rubber, organized employees to strictly implement process disciplines, carried out detailed inspections, careful monitoring, and precise operations to ensure the stable, full and optimal operation of the refining units. The company carried out a "one-stop" direct transmission and processing test of crude oil into the plant to reduce crude oil inventory and storage tank operating costs. By strengthening communication and connection between upstream and downstream businesses, the amount of ancient light hydrocarbons and liquefied gas received was significantly increased.

The company seizes the favorable opportunity of the upturn in the rubber market, carries out research on the long-term operation of rubber equipment, and strives to increase the production of rubber products. In October and November, the output of nitrile rubber exceeded 10,000 tons for two consecutive months, and the 150,000 tons/year styrene-butadiene rubber plant maintained a good trend of running three lines in parallel for a long time. At the same time, Lanzhou Petrochemical strives to organize the production of flagship products and high-end products. Since the beginning of this year, the Cpk index of differentiated and high-end products such as medical materials RP260 and LD26D, automotive materials SP179, and floor heating pipe special material mPE3010 have all reached record highs. The company opened up the supply of raw materials for small products and the way out of the factory, and organized HSBC to transport xylene high-octane component pipes to the oil blending center for blending components, achieving optimal utilization of resources and creating favorable conditions for increasing the production of high-grade gasoline. In November, Lanzhou Petrochemical produced 62,000 tons of high-grade gasoline, which better met market demand and contributed to ensuring winter supply.
