Jinzhou Petrochemical established a technical research team to optimize process conditions, reduce waste oil tank storage, and achieve source control. A set of waste oil treatment skid-mounted equipment is installed in the oil product unit and the sewage unit respectively. The treated waste oil enters the distillation unit for refining under the condition that the water content, ash content and other indicators meet the refining standards, reducing processing losses.
Jinzhou Petrochemical has carried out solid energy-saving management and promoted a series of projects such as continuous optimization and transformation of low-temperature thermal systems, improvement of heating furnace thermal efficiency, and optimization of public engineering systems. The heating system of the entire plant was optimized and transformed, the heating area was reduced, and the 4# turbine generator unit was shut down. After the project was implemented, 63,000 tons of coal were saved per year and carbon dioxide emissions were reduced by 44,000 tons per year. Implement the transmission efficiency improvement of air-cooling fans, optimize high-energy-consuming motors and transformers, research and formulate application plans for new insulation materials, and take multiple measures to reduce energy and material consumption. In-depth application of the Visual MESA energy management system reduces energy costs, establishes a full-process optimization model, and guides production optimization. The energy management and control unit level reaches the optimization level and above.
