Ventolines won the public tender to consult ELWIND team

LIAA signed a contract with experienced renewable energy service provider Ventolines. By winning the tender and signing the agreement Ventolines took the position of Technical Consultant of ELWIND project. According to the agreement the main responsibility of the company is to help the ELWIND team preparing the technical and environmental studies that form a major part of the predevelopment activities Estonia and Latvia are committed to.
