Dorian LPG Ltd. (NYSE: LPG) (the “Company,” “Dorian LPG,” “we,” “us,” and “our”), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share of the Company’s common stock. The total dividends to be paid will amount to approximately $40.6 million. The dividend is payable on or about February 27, 2024 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 5, 2024.
