Å Energi AS, rated A- (Positive) by Scope, has successfully issued senior unsecured green bonds with a total amount of NOK 1,350 million. The transaction was split into three tranches:
- NOK 750 million in a 3-year senior unsecured green bond with a floating rate of 3mN +0.75% p.a.
- NOK 400 million in a 5-year senior unsecured green bond with a floating rate of 3mN +0.90% p.a.
- NOK 200 million tap issue of outstanding bonds with maturity 19 September 2030 (Ticker: AEN74 ESG, ISIN: NO0013013920)
Settlement date is set to 5 February 2024 and Å Energi will apply for the green bonds to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Concurrently with the new bond issue, Å Energi has repurchased NOK 186 million in the outstanding bond issue “AEN63”.
