The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Gas Affairs affirmed the Ministry’s keenness to develop the liquefied natural gas sector for industrial and service purposes, and liquid gas within the services provided to citizens in accordance with modern technical and environmental specifications in cooperation with specialized international companies.
This came while he chaired a meeting that included officials from the Gas Filling and Services Company, and a technical team representing the Gas Prom Company.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Gas Affairs, Mr. Ezzat Saber, said that the aim of this meeting and the joint visit to the Gas Filling and Services Company is to discuss the prospects for joint cooperation with an international company specialized in the gas sector and to benefit from its long experience in modern technologies using LNG and LPG gas to improve the services provided to the industrial sectors and citizens via Developing and expanding the activity of services for liquefied and liquid natural gas transportation systems via pipelines, in addition to developing the services provided to residential, service, industrial complexes and others, in addition to the use of liquid gas for vehicles and cooking, in addition to developing and modernizing industrial facilities for factories.
For his part, General Manager of the Gas Filling and Services Company, Mr. Anmar Ali Hussein, said
The meeting included a review of the company's activity, the services provided to citizens, and the projects and development plans, while the Kazprom team presented a summary of the advanced capabilities that can be provided, and the long experience that the company enjoys in the gas sector, infrastructure, and services in this context.
The visit included a tour of the company's facilities and installations.
