Mr. David L. Stover, also known as Dave, has been the Chairman of Noble Energy, Inc., since May 1, 2015 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since October 21, 2014 and April 29, 2009 respectively. Mr. Stover served as the Chief Operating Officer of Noble Energy from August 1, 2006 to October 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Domestic & Business Development at Noble Energy Inc. since July 27, 2004. Prior thereto, Mr. Stover served as the Vice President of Business Development since December 16, 2002. Previous to his employment with Noble Energy Inc., he was employed by BP as Vice President, Gulf of Mexico Shelf from September 2000 to August 2002. Prior to joining BP, Mr. Stover was employed by Vastar, as Area Manager for Gulf of Mexico Shelf from April 1999 to September 2000, and prior thereto, as Area Manager for Oklahoma/Arklatex from January 1994 to April 1999. He has been a Director of Noble Energy, Inc. since April 22, 2014.
