MT Baoji Mengtai Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd. produces the Drill Rig Mast, Substructure and the Driller’s House. The shape of K-Mast section is a front open face. Each section of the mast is connected by pins, so it is easy to be assembled and disassembled and has high firm structure. The large span provides enough room for hoisting operation.
K-mast is assembled on the ground and raised or lowered integrally by the power of the draw works upon the gin poles. The leveling of mast is done with the screw rod for the front and rear leveling adjustment, and the hydraulic jack and shims for left and right direction leveling adjustment. We design and manufacture all sorts of substructures required by the customers. The adjusting mechanisms are all around the substructure that can adjust and fix the position of the rotary table.
