Multiple-finger Caliper Imaging Logging Tool, adopting single-conductor cable and contact-type measuring principle ,is desinged for measuring inner diameter of casing pipe with independent displacement sensor of 24(40,60)-finger.During measurement in downhole,the motor drives the mesure finger and centralizer to make tool in logging status.The measure finger enables to convert radial variation of inner-wall of casing pipe into axial variation of displacement sensor,and then the tool indirectly transmits telemetry code of measured data to WS3000 numerical controlling system for analysis and arrangement ,which will make it possible to detect the inner -wall corrosion ,deformation .bending,fracture and bore-hole to oil-well casing pipe and effectively evaluate the perforated results.Deployed on tilted sensor with x-y direction measuring,the tool is applied to measure the inclination angle of tool in well.Interpretation software is provided with many function modes,such as inner diameter unfolded imaging,circumferential profile imaging and cylindrical stereoscopic imaging,to clearly reflect damge condition of casing pipe in downhole.
