Elixier (ADNOC Linde Industrial Gases Company Ltd.) was established as a joint venture between ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) with a 51% shareholding and The Linde Group with a 49% shareholding.
Elixier was incorporated in October 2007 and is an operating company with the target to provide the industrial gases needed in Oil and Gas Industry, related industries and other business areas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and elsewhere in the United Arab Emirates.
The head quarter of Elixier is located in Abu Dhabi in the Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex at the Corniche. The first two production plants are under construction in Ruwais and Mirfa.
