SIPSC is a fully-owned subsidiary of SINOPEC Group, SIPSC is considered as the petroleum service teams of SINOPEC Group, working in 14 provinces / autonomous regions of China, have over 50 years of experience and are now using the most proficient techniques & latest equipment available. Recently, SIPSC has had desirable success in contracting of international petroleum projects, oilfield technical services and labor service cooperation in many countries and regions in Africa, America, the Middle East, Central Asia, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Through joint ventures, joint cooperation, providing technical services, making contract or sub-contracts, SINOPEC Group has performed over a hundred projects on geophysical prospecting, drilling, logging, cementing, well workover, oilfield construction, pipeline laying, hydraulic engineering, road construction and other technical services.
We have performed services in 76 basins in China alone. At present, we carry out petroleum operations, including seismic, drilling, mud logging, wireline logging, cementing, workover, oilfield construction and pipeline laying projects in 561 State-licensed exploration blocks under complex surface and geological conditions. All of the petroleum teams of SINOPEC Group have obtained the ISO 9000 Quality System Certification and joined the International Associations of Contractors in their related profession. Satisfactory quality assurance, effective HSE regulation and conscientious OSH management provide perfect technical assistance for the international engineering services of SINOPEC's upstream
