Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding - ECHEM

Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company (ECHEM) was established on January 2002. ECHEM was mandated to develop the petrochemical industry in Egypt through implementing the petrochemicals master plan, facilitating investor access to resources & guidance, establishing a technological database & supporting the management of operating companies and existing plants.

ECHEM provides a variety of services to both its operating companies & investors to promote the petrochemical industry in Egypt. Through its operating companies, a wide variety of intermediate & final products are produced and some are exported.
