Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly-traded energy partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services. Enterprise Products Partners has grown significantly since its IPO in July 1998, increasing its asset base from $715 million to $34 billion at December 31, 2011. This phenomenal growth is a result of both acquisitions, as well as expansions from organic growth opportunities. Enterprise Products Partners activities is in the Rocky Mountains and U.S. Gulf Coast regions, including the Barnett Shale, Haynesville Shale and Eagle Ford Shale producing regions.

The Petrochemical & Refined Products Services business consists of propylene fractionation units and related activities, butane isomerization facilities, octane enhancement and high purity isobutylene facilities, refined products pipelines, including the Products Pipeline System and the Products Terminal, and related activities and marine transportation services. The Onshore Crude Oil Pipelines & Services business includes approximately 5,254 miles of onshore crude oil pipelines and 12 MMBbls of above-ground storage tank capacity. Enterprise has interests in 20,201 miles of onshore natural gas pipeline systems that provide for the gathering and transportation of natural gas.
