Updating & Gathering AS-Built Data

The scope of services for this tender is to develop GIS based process/utility networks of all process/utility systems (for Cable and Pipeline Networks) in Halul by carrying out the following tasks as a minimum:
- Site verify and update MER of Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and Equipment & Cable Layouts for electrical & telecommunication cables of all process and utility systems.
- Site Verify and create MER of Cable Schedules using project as-built Cable Schedules wherever available or using field verified data.
- Map buried cables and pipelines networks both live and redundant, of all process and utility systems in Halul Island.
- Survey above ground associated process and utility system components (i.e. Cable and Pipeline Networks) in Halul where required.
- Populate GIS database of various infrastructure, process and utility systems in Halul. "Build GIS based intelligent spatial utility networks.
