The scope of the Services and project brief comprises the following:
a) Validate findings identified by an earlier study and tune the implementation Roadmap as necessary, in case of any changes in the environment.
b) Develop and implement ITIL IT Service Management Processes in accordance with the revalidated Roadmap, in conformance with the ITIL Service Lifecycle model of Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and Continual Service Improvement.
c) Identify the tools necessary to support the IT service life-cycle processes, review the tools already available in the Company and recommend the tools that need to be implemented to enhance and automate the ITIL V3 processes and functions.
d)Ensure a successful ISO/IEC 20000 Certification.
