The company announces its need for Supply and install Cooling Tower for Asphalt Unit / THI QAR Refinery.
Cooling tower specifications:
Proposed cooling tower package contain two cells as in specifications below:
Cooling tower circulation capacity: 500 m3 / hr
Temperature difference across cooling tower: 13 C°
Temperature of water entering the cooling tower is 45 Cº.
Temperature of water leaving the cooling tower is 32 Cº (Max).
Wet bulb temp: 28 C°
Drift losses: 0.1 % of circulation capacity
Evaporation losses: 1.9 % of circulation capacity
No. of cells: two cells, the capacity of each one is 250 m3 / hr
Two cooling water circulation pumps, normal flow rate of each is : 450 m3 / hr , head (60 m)
Two make up water pumps, one in duty and other is stand by Skid for chemical dosing pumps supplied with tanks sufficient for continues process)24( working hours, two pumps for each chemical material , one in duty and other is stand by
Chemical injection materials types: corrosion inhibitors, biocide, bio dispersant, chlorine, bidder may advice type of chemicals treatments Cooling water circulation loop should contain a side stream sand filter to control water quality with total flow rate 50 m3 / hrwith self – back wash.
Cooling tower structure should be carbon steel coated with (HDGS) protective material to protect cooling tower parts against corrosion effects. Piping and interconnections should be coated carbon steel.
