Provision of Vibration Monitoring System Services in Phase 2 Expansion Power Plant

The company announces its need for Provision of Vibration Monitoring System Services in Phase 2 Expansion Power Plant.

The brief scope of supply/work for this tender shall be inclusive of but not limited to the following:

• The vibration monitoring services are to be provided by a Specialist engineer to detect abnormal vibration behavior in machinery, investigate its root cause, and prevent worsening conditions.
• The vibration condition monitoring services shall cover five (5) 30MW gas turbines installed in the CPF2 Expansion power plant.
• The scope of the service includes proactive maintenance and operation practices for the BN3500 hardware and System 1 software to improve machine reliability and availability.
• The service covers five (5) years of maintenance and support as well as upgrades for the System 1 server, plus annual health and maintenance visits and three (3) years of monitoring and diagnostics, including baseline health audits and bi-annual visits.
