Neijiang-Dazu Shale Block
	BP is understood to have made a potentially significant shale gas discovery in the Sichuan basin in south-west China. The discovery well Wei 206-H1 drilled at the Neijiang Dazhu block is now flowing 10,000 cubic meters per day.

Muralim CBM PSC
	NuEnergy Gas Ltd is increasing its participating interest (PI) in the Muralim PSC by entering into a withdrawal and assignment agreement with PT Medco CBM Pendopo. Agreement has been reached to transfer the 50% PI to NuEnergy subject to government approval. Under the agreement, Medco will immediately assign all its rights, obligations and liabilities under the PSC and joint operating agreement (JOA) relating to its withdrawing PI that will be transferred to NuEnergy.

Block 61 - Khazzan and Makarem Gas Fields Development
	Petronas has completed the acquisition of a 10 per cent stake in Block 61 from Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC (OOCEP). The acquisition was done through Petronas’s subsidiary PC Oman Ventures Ltd from Makarim Gas Development (MGD). MGD is a subsidiary of Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC.

Block 61 - Khazzan and Makarem Gas Fields Development
	Petronas would buy a 10 percent stake in Oman’s Al Khazzan gas field, following a bidding exercise held by the exploration arm of state-owned Oman Oil Company. Completion of the transaction is subject to closing conditions.

Tanjung Enim PSC
	During Q2 of 2018, NuEnergy submitted the first POD for the Tanjung Enim PSC (POD I) to the Head of the Indonesian Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas). After a final review, SKK Migas will submit it to the Indonesia Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for approval. This POD I submission represents a key regulatory milestone in the development of the Tanjung Enim PSC. The POD I submission also signifies the first CBM POD in Indonesia. The proposed POD I plans for the development in two target areas, in the north and south of the PSC covering ~ 33km2 (or 13% of the total PSC acreage) where NuEnergy has focused its exploration, drilling and pilot production activities over the last 8 years. The Indonesia Research and Development Center for Oil and Gas Technology (LEMIGAS) has confirmed and certified reserves totalling ~164.89 Bscf in these two target development areas.

Muralim CBM PSC
	During Q2 of 2018, SKK Migas granted the Exploration Period extension to the Muralim PSC for four years to 2 December 2020 after NuEnergy successfully completed drilling one exploratory well and conducted permeability tests on two existing wells in the Q1 of 2017 as part of the program to fulfil the PSC commitments to apply for the Exploration Period extension. The program will also enable NuEnergy to improve the understanding of the coal characterization to the eastern part of the Muralim PSC where the other NuEnergy South Sumatra PSCs are located.

Tanjung Enim PSC
	NuEnergy Gas Limited has submitted the First Plan of Development for the Tanjung Enim Field (POD I) within the Tanjung Enim PSC to the Head of the Indonesian Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (commonly referred to as SKK Migas), who upon its final review will submit to the Indonesia Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for approval. The proposed POD I plans for the gas production and delivery to plateau at 25 MMSCFD for 10 years. The POD I submission for the Tanjung Enim PSC also signifies the first Coal Bed Methane (CBM) POD in Indonesia. The proposed POD I plans for development in two target areas, in the north and south of the PSC covering ~33km2 (or 13% of the total PSC acreage) where NuEnergy has focused exploration, drilling and pilot production activities over the last 8 years.
